This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarah, the 'Precious Peacock' costume creator:
My daughter decided she wanted to be a peacock for Halloween this year so I went to town to make this costume for her. She really wanted to have "wings" when she lifted her arms up :) Living in Minnesota we never know what the weather will be like so I made it onto a winter coat so she would stay warm and not have to wear anything over it to cover it up😊
