Poseidon Costume

My son Aidan Ngo..Aidan loves to read Greeks mythology and theirs goddess. He talks a lot about Poseidon, so I surprised Aidan with the custume on Halloween. I bought the body armor at Dollar store, 2 foam sheet($1.25 ea) and a golden spray can paint ($3.50) and 1 yard of white blanket_like cloth ($3)from Walmart. The cost of all materials around $10. I cut the foam sheet to make skirt bottom and made the trident hat symbol. I cut the fabric to make a cape. And I painted everything gold. The trident is made from left over Christmas wraps inner tube...and painted it.
