This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Poppy the Troll' costume creator:
This is Oakley dressed up as Poppy the Troll from the movie “Trolls”. We love this movie in our house! Her headband is made of an elastic headband and tulle. Poppy’s crown is made of felt. The dress was purchased, but felt petals were added to the bottom of the dress.
