This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Norma, the 'Popeye the Sailor Man' costume creator:
My son is wearing the costume of Popeye the Sailor man he fits the part perfectly.... I got the idea from Pinterest when researching DIY costumes all we did was purchase navy blue pants a black onesie, brown socks, yellow buttons that we sewed on, red,yellow and blue felt, a old belt buckle we didn't use anymore.. the pipe is a wine bottle cork and the stick is a end of a paint brush.. his hat was purchased at party store. and we took a label off a real can of spinach and taped it around his bottle. The tattoos were bought online on amazon.
