This homemade costume for couples entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jamie and Carl, the 'Popeye and Olive Oil' costume creators:
We went to a costume party and this is what we decided to be. My costume (olive oil) is all made with clothes I had in my closet and Carl's was bought but we did not use the arms that came in the package. I put the tattoo on him.
