Popeye and Olive Oyl Costumes

This is my boyfriend and I! The idea came from his anchor tattoo on his calf and I decided to make it myself rather than just buying both costumes. The shirt, jeans, and shoes were his own. I used duck tape, fabric, and sharpies for his cape, buttons, and arm tattoos. I did some huge thrift shopping for my top and skirt and then used the same materials to make a collar, add cuffs, and the detail on the skirt!
