This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lindsay, the 'Popcorn' costume creator:
Just having a baby in July, I decided this Halloween I needed something easy (and hands free in order to keep up with my 2 yr old) so I thought lets turn my baby carrier into popcorn:) Red and White felt, white hat, popcorn, scissors, and a hot glue gun is all you need. Total price under $12.00.
