This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Liz, the 'Pop Art' costume creator:
My daughter Marissa ( teenager) is "pop art". She wanted to be unique and her father is a graphic designer - they started looking up comic art then found this idea on line. The wig and shoes were found at a Savers ( donation store). The dress ordered on line. The makeup was Halloween Makeup ( Walmart/target) it was labeled S clown makeup. The white was applied with the back of a blush brush, the black line with the black pencil that cam in the kit . The white was in a liquid tube.
