This homemade costume for groups entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Charlotte, the 'Pooh Bear, Piglet and Tigger' costume creator:

My roommates (Monica and Morgan) and I have always wanted to be Pooh Bear, Piglet and Tigger but we didn't know how to turn these cartoon characters into real life costumes with keeping that "cartoon" theme as well as being on a budget. We picked up some $3 oversized t-shirts, puffy paint and other supplies from Michael's and leggings. We then printed out ears for our characters and glued them on to headbands. These costumes cost around $5 a piece, did not require a ton of time and had a great outcome.

How did you make the costumes; Did you draw the stipes (for piglet and tigger) on with a sharpie, etc? And how did you make the ears for the characters?

Where did you find orange leggings?

Cute! I see that Charlotte and her roommates used the free printable Pooh, Piglet and Tigger ears that I created as a sponsored post for Disney to celebrate their re-release of “The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.” You're welcome to download the free printable ears here https://www.merrimentdesign.com/diy-winnie-the-pooh-ears-piglet-ears-tigger-ears.php.
