This homemade costume for boys entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tonia, the 'Pirate in a Ship' costume creator:
Wyatt is a little boy who has MPS/Hurlers Syndrome. He is unable to walk, so his dad built a pirate ship around his wheelchair. The money won will help pay for his medical bills and second bone marrow transplant.
