This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Makayla, the 'Pinatas' costume creator:
Me and my bestfriend Austyn are wearing the costumes. It took a little while to make but not that long. We got streamers of all different colors and glued them to a white fabric we bought from hobby lobby and velcrowed the side of it to stay on us like a dress.
