This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Skyeler, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
I just loved pennywise, so I bought a old corset and started shredding it, adding colors, decorations etc. Photos were done by a great friend and photographer telly photography :)
