This homemade costume for girls entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Autum, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
My daughter Emma wanted to be pennywise this year so we had to make her costume. We made the pom poms with yarn and glued them to a white T-shirt. She wore a white skirt with it. I parted her hair and use toilet paper rolls to prop her hair up like his and used red hair spray to color it.
