Pennywise Costume

This is my son Callan. He wanted to be Pennywise but they don't make costumes for 45lb 8yr olds so I asked my aunt of she could make it for him. I bought the material have her a picture and she created it on her own. I made the wig from another wig by spray painting red, cutting part of it off and sewing some stretchy material to keep it together. I also bought the boots yard sale and painted them. I had to also so the teeth together so they would fit him properly and look like Pennywise's bucked teeth. I also did his makeup. Total cost was about $20.
