Pennywise Costume

I loved the movie It! I knew I wanted a Pennywise-inspired costume, but didn't want to spend a ton of money. So I used an old white skirt I had as a dress and sewed the back so it fit me better. I hot glued three red pom poms on the front as buttons, and I splashes fake blood all over it. I made rips in the stockings and put fake blood on them. I bought a red wig and put it into pig tails, and did my own makeup!
