Pennywise The Dancing Clown Costume

Our 3 yr old Hailey is wearing the costumes we have alway been huge Halloween fans. For the past 10 yes my husband and I have done haunted houses and big Halloween displays. I reached out to a lady on Etsy this year to have a custom made pennywise costume made for our daughter. The a friend of ours took photos of Hailey. While Hailey doesn’t know anything about the movie IT she LOVES to quote it, scare people, and of course carry around red balloons.
