This homemade costume for boys entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.

My 4 year old, Adam is obsessed with Pennywise the Dancing Clown Particularly makeup tutorials and the scene with Georgie. We purchased the costume, wig and prosthetic separately and pieced together to form the most realistic Pennywise possible. He frightened quite a few children and adults.
