Pennywise & Georgie Costume

When I dressed up my oldest daughter as Pennywise, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to dress my youngest daughter as Georgie and create a sibling costume duo.
The Pennywise costume was mostly made from things I had at home already. I just pinned red puff balls to the shirt and shoes, bought a clown wig, and white face paint for the makeup along with gluing bits of toilet paper to the forehead for a textured look and to help blend the forehead to the wig. I then used colored face pencils and black eyeliner for makeup detail. Don't forget the red balloon! I ordered rain boots, and a yellow rain coat for my 8 month old daughter and made her a paper boat to carry. They were then set for going trick or treating!
