Pennywise and Georgie Costume

KC and Hayden are cousins that wanted to dress up together as something scary this halloween. Pennywise outfit and mask came from Amazon, we just made a few small tweaks to get the perfect fit. We bought a plain black pair of boots and painted them to match, and the red balloons we had blown up at a local store. Georgie just needed a rain coat, rain boots, and some makeup to look less alive.
