This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nisha, the 'Peacock' costume creator:
My 9 year old daughter Scarlett wanted to be a peacock for Halloween. We found a teal dress and added peacock feathers down the front and created a detachable peacock tail. Then we painted her face to look like a peacock.
