Seems pretty easy. I do not have the time to make the tutu but did find someone to make it and had to buy the peacock feathers off of eBay! Good luck :)

Would like to have instructions for Halloween

How do you get the feathers to stay in the tutu? Hot glue? They are so fragile....afraid they will all be broken.

How did you make it so Leila was able to sit without damaging that beautiful tail?
And YES, I would love a tutorial if possible.

Please send a tutorial!

I did have someone make the tutu she wouldn't do feathers so I sewed them in individually in layers so the would fall in a V! I made the mask from gluing the feathers on a gold mask from Hobby Lobby! As for sitting de turnded it to the side it is 4 yrs old now still looks amazing! I'm no a fan of bought costumes I just prefer to customize them! Added a bow to the back of hair and leotard also! Since this costume was so long ago there is no way to make s tutorial!
