This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kari, the 'Party on Wayne! Party on Garth!' costume creator:
This is Leni and Cece! The idea came from Casey (Cece’a mom) after watching Wayne’s world. These two friends are 2 years old and executed this perfectly. It was a very cheap costume with only buying an Aerohead T-shirt and Wayne’s world hat, otherwise we had the rest of the clothes. Party on!!! Excellent!
