This homemade costume for babies entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Zander, the 'Paletero Man' costume creator:
I made his cart i bought a toy shopping cart a foam ice cooler googled pictures and glued them onto the ice chest bought chip from grocery store i just used tape and glue to hold everything in place hes 9 months old learning how to walk so this is the best costume i can come up with for him.
