This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Padme Amidala' costume creator:
Star Wars theme this year. I chose to be Padme Amidala. We made arm bands out of craft foam, the cape was made from home decor fabric puchased at Joanns, and I even made a hair piece to replicate her complicated looped hair design.
