This homemade costume for groups entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.

Hi my 4 kids are wearing the pacman and ghost costumes I created Pac-Man is 2 umbrellas with fabric over them and my 5 year old is wearing it. My ghost are 7,9,11 and they are made with bubble umbrellas and sheer fabric so they can see threw them
