This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kbug, the 'Owl' costume creator:
My three year old told me she wanted to be an owl for Halloween this year so I got to work early. I found a dress to use as the base at a thrift store. I then cut out felt feathers and used a hot glue gun to attach them to the dress. I found the other parts of the costume at various places to finish the piece.
