Optimus Prime Costume

My son, Cameron (6) is obsessed with transformers, and this year he wanted to be Optimus Prime. As usual we started collecting cardboard, paper towel rolls, etc starting in August. Everything is made out of reused materials, and the only thing we had to buy was spray paint, and a foam hat from Michael's. Cameron helped to trace, cut, tape, glue, and spray paint his entire costume. I put on the finishing details. We had a bit of a surprise when the paint started to eat the Styrofoam on the front of his costume, but we decided to just roll with it, and now, optimus has a battle scar :)
