This homemade costume for adults entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nicky, the 'Oogie Boogie' costume creator:
I'm wearing the costume and it is custom made by me my inspiration was from A Nightmare Before Christmas Oogie Boogie was such an awesome character for me. the materials are burlap, tulle, jute twine, a bunch of sewing and hot glue took me over a week to finish as each piece was done separately and attached individually most of the seams are sewn closed and others are hot glue pressed together.
