This homemade costume for adults entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Katherine, the 'Oogie Boogie' costume creator:
Made by myself with potatoes sack material,black thread, hot glue, black paint, black glitter glue, and a box to fit my head. I paper machet the face and hot glued the material on. Painted and glued everything. Had to actually make stitches after it was all together.The costume is a character from the movie Night before Christmas....The OogieBoogie character was fun to make.
