This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Annabelle, the 'Old Lady' costume creator:
My daughter is 3 years old her name is Annabelle she is an old lady for Halloween I thought of the idea of her being an old lady I bought but pads in party city a dress from old navy I also bought her a pair of Mary Jane shoes and bought her a big and glasses from party city. I made her a walker out of pipes from Home Depot I added wheels to the walker so she can use it on her own.
