This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kaitlyn, the 'Officer Jenny' costume creator:
Everything is hand made I sewed the entire outfit. Along with made all my buttons and decals from worbla and the colour buffed them the hat it made from floor Mats and covered in the matching fabric. And the wig was styled by me.
