This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Rebecca, the 'Octopus Baby' costume creator:
Crocheted hat and eyes and sewn them together. Stuffed tights and sewn them to an elastic waistband. Bought warm matching outfit. Covered elastic band with tulle skirt.
