This homemade costume for men entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Julie, the 'Napoleon Dynamite and Pedro' costume creator:
My husband and brother-in-law. I came up with the idea after realizing my brother-in-law looks like Napolean Dynamite. We bought all the clothes and wigs at local stores so it was very inexpensive.
