This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Janelle, the 'Mystique X-Men' costume creator:
I decided to be a play on Mistique from XMEN. I believe we all have a little Mistique inside of us. If you watch the evolution of her Character in the movie, at first she is ashamed of what she is, ashamed of being different. She then realizes that being unique is a superpower and she embraces it. She no longer hides who she is on the inside. She is a Mutant and PROUD.
