This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiara, the 'Ms. Steven Urkel' costume creator:
I grew up watching Family Matters and have always loved Steve. Being a big of a cults myself " Did I do that" made me really want to dress like him.
The costume was very easy, I used a pair of blue jeans and rolled them up. I purchased a plaid shirt for $15 ( you can get a plaid shirt anywhere). My shoes came from Bass ($30, kids section). Suspender you can find at any store, mines were from Walmart.
