This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Elina, the 'Mr Monopoly' costume creator:
i was looking for a unique and special costume. I didn't want to buy it, so i spent hours and hours on the internet searching for a costume. And i found it. It was Mr Monopoly. It took me 2 weeks in order to finish it.
The materials i use were: one balloon, newspapers, glue, white and pink paints for the face, a sponge for moustache, a black hat and a green ribbon.
