This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Taylor, the 'Miss Frizzle' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume, I put all of the items together to make this costume. I bought orange hair pant, and bought the dress and blouse from Goodwill. I bought the stickers, stars, and glue from the Dollar Tree. I bought the necklace and earrings from Rue 21. I bought the shoes from Walmart. I spent about $60 on this costume but I had so much fun.
