Miss Energizer Bunny Costume

My 3 year old daughter, Brooke, is Miss Energizer Bunny this year. She literally keeps going and going and this was the inspiration for this costume. Overall cost was around $50. I used a soft minky fabric for the main part of the costume. I covered slippers to look like Bunny feet and used ribbon to construct the flip flops. The drum doubles as her candy bucket. It's a hat box painted and decorated. The battery is a cylinder gift box reconstructed and decorated with sticker paper. Drum sticks are made with wooden dowels and foam building blocks covered in red cloth. To complete the look we painted her nose, added whiskers and sunglasses.
