This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Catrina, the 'Miss Argentina' costume creator:
I took apart old bat wings and bent the wire into the collar and sewed red sheer fabric from an old cape into the wires. I glued rhinestones to each section of the collar and sewed the actual cape part onto the back. My dress is part thrifted, and part hand sewn. I used tights for my legs and stage makeup for my upper body.
