This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jeserae, the 'Merry-Go-Round' costume creator:
This is my daughter and this costume this was made out of pool noodles and all of the animals will made out of cardboard and markers this was on Wheels so she could also maneuver this and also had the Merry-Go-Round music playing as she walked with it.
