This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cateline, the 'Medusa' costume creator:
I'm wearing the costume. I always try to have costumes that allow for extravagant makeup. I did the scales by stretching fishnet stockings over my face then layering makeup colors.
