This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffanie, the 'Mary Poppins' costume creator:
Kamiyah is wearing Mary Poppins for Halloween this year. She loves disney movies and we always strive to go with a disney theme. Only had to make to umbrella and hat. Used paper mache for the bird. Hat I spray painted and glued on flowers.
