This homemade costume for girls entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kara, the 'Mary Poppins' costume creator:
7 year old Charlotte chose to be Mary Poppins this year for Halloween! The shirt and skirt were ordered on amanzon, and the hat was made out of another hat at a local store with flowers from the flower section! Easy costume with incredible results. She plays the part very well. :)
