Marionette & Withered Bonnie Costume

FNAF Marionette & Withered Bonnie

Costume type:  Costumes for Kids
Category:Halloween Costumes

This homemade costume for kids entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Sarah, the 'Marionette & Withered Bonnie' costume creator:

Benjamin (Marionette) and Jacob (Withered Bonnie) are in 3rd grade and Kindergarten and obsessed with Five Nights at Freddy's. They immediately thought of this game when I asked them for costume ideas, and here we are!
For Marionette, materials were face paint (white, black, red, and purple), black open face hood (made from the sleeve of an old shirt), black thermal underwear and gloves, white buttons, and white electrical tape.
For Withered Bonnie, materials were insulation foam board for head construction, rolled foam insulation wrapped in purple fabric for the body, random colored cable wires attached to arms and legs, black thermal underwear and gloves.
Bonnie's head was constructed by cutting out 10 pieces of insulation foam board in oval shapes, then cutting out head room from the middle and gluing together. After the glue had set, I shaved and sanded until I was satisfied with the shape. Next I used craft spray adhesive to attach the fabric, hot glue to attach the ears (also made from the insulation foam board and wrapped in fabric), hot glue also to attach the teeth which were cuttings from soft craft foam.
