Maleficent & Princess Aurora Costume

My daughter and I were Princess Aurora & her godmother, the mistress of evil, Maleficent.
Maleficent's horns from Spirit Halloween store, and robe from Party City. Her wings were made from 2 large black foam/cardboard sheets from Hobby Lobby, cut to shape. Pieces of cheesecloth leftover from our ghosts craft were hot glued on the talons of the wings with pieces of a black feathered boa hot gold around the ends. I cut up one of our kids' old backpacks so it was just the straps and back piece and hot glued the wings onto that. It was a pink backpack so I then cut up a black satin pillow case and glued it over the pink parts with a leftover piece of the cardboard sheet added for support. Aurora's costume is a dress and leggings found at thrift store with Princess wig from Party City.
