Magical Mister Mistoffelees and Rum Tum Tugger Costume

Inspired by "Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats" by T.S.Eliot and the Broadway musical version of "Cats," Emma (age 4.5) wanted to dress up as her favorite cat, Magical Mister Mistoffelees and asked her parent, Sage, to dress up as the Rum Tum Tugger, as that is the cat that sings about Mister Mistoffelees.

Emma/Mistoffelees is sporting a sequined jacket, shorts, and leg warmers. The jacket also contains 100 flashing LED lights just under the surface of the sequins. Black fingerless gloves with small LED lights attached add to the magic effect, as does the wild black and gray wig. Face paint is directly inspired by Jacob Brent's character in the 1998 stage-to-film version on Amazon Prime.

Sage/Rum Tum Tugger is sporting a leopard print shirt, leather jacket with fur collar, black leggings, spiked collar, studded belt, and biker gloves. Makeup inspired by the stage version of Rum Tum Tugger, and wig supplied by Amazon.
