This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jill, the 'Madame Natalia' costume creator:
My daughter Natalie is wearing the costume. She came up with the idea after we watched the movie "Big", from the fortune teller "Zoltar" in that movie. We printed out a bunch of pictures of different fortune teller machines and then we constructed this entire costume with stuff from home (the cardboard box, the table cloths, the homemade crystal ball, her clothes, etc.) and a couple of store bought items (her turban, some paint, etc.)
