This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Mad Hatter' costume creator:
My 5 year old daughter Scarlett is the mad hatter inspired by The movie featuring Johnny Depp. The coat and pants were made by me, and the bow and under shirt came from a thrift store. I made the thread bandelier out of vintage thread spools, and dyed her hair with manic panic. The hat was purchased off of e-bay.
