This homemade costume for kids entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Lt. Dan and Forrest' costume creator:
My 8-year-old daughter is Lt. Dan, and my 6-yr-old son is Forrest Gump- he even is standing correctly! My daughter came up with the idea when we had to get a wheelchair for our 3-yr-old's broken leg.
