This homemade costume for couples entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lauren, the 'Loofah and Soap' costume creator:
This costume was a huge hit. I made the loofah out of matte net tulle and tied each piece to a 1" thick elastic (2 layers). The Irish spring soap was made from felt. The suds were made from bubble wrap. Overall cost under $35 for both.
